​Who are we?
 

We opened in Nov 2015 with the aim of creating a fitness studio specialising in group exercise that would be warm and welcoming to the local community.  As well as group classes we also offer small group and personal training and we are specalists in weight loss and nutrition coaching.

 

7 years we are still here, offering world class group exercise classes that suit all abilities.  We pride ourselves in offering top notch coaching at affordable prices. 

 

Garry who owns GB Fitness and delivers the majority of the classes has a wealth of knowledge and experience with a degree and Masters degree in Exercise Physiology as well as qualifications in nutrition and too many to count coaching certificates. He also has over twenty years exerpience in the fitness industry and has performed every role from fitness instructor to regional manager.  In 2015 he took the plunge and opened his own studio and hasn't looked back since.

What do we do?
 
Group Exercise Classes - in these sessions you can expect to be in a group of up to 20 people and you will be performing a workout that is structured to be both effect and safe. 

Small Group Session - this is more personalised coaching and will usually have no more than 4 or 5 people per session.

Personal Training - these are one on one coaching sessions

Weight Loss  / Nutrition Coaching Sessions - We run a monthly weight loss challenge which provides daily contact to ensure participants are focussed and motivated to achieve their targets.  These sessions also consist of nutrition coaching.

Les Mills Virtual - As well as LIVE coached classes we have classes running on our 75 inch screen.  LIVE classes run peak times and Virtual classes run on off peak times.  This means we can have upwards of 65 classes running per week at times that suit our members.
